Deconfinement has been difficult for many of us around the world. Despite going through similar difficulties, we may also be feeling cut off, disconnected, lonely, or we may be asking “Is something wrong with me?” Community can be a great remedy at times like this - knowing that you are not alone, and no, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with you. You are just as impacted as anyone else.
Tomorrow during our weekly Mudita Mindfulness Community meeting at 19:30 Paris time on Zoom, we will have a community discussion on deconfinement and all the other ways the pandemic is affecting us on the personal and global level. Participants will be invited to share their struggles as well as what mindfulness / wellness practices have been helping them. We will end the meeting with a grounding meditation.
