I gave the following talk and meditation on Making Space For Grief on April 15th at Mudita Mindfulness Community. Back then, we were still in the early stages of the global COVID-19 pandemic, beginning to get a sense of what it is we are losing and grieving.
The pandemic is still going on, with new layers of loss and sadness. But even before the pandemic, loss and grief were natural and normal parts of our daily lives. And they always will be, for as long as we love.
